- How to develop self-awareness about a variety of topics that support authenticity. These range from “How to Manage your Inner Critic” to “How to Have Difficult Conversations” and “What is EI and how does it support leadership?”
- How to self-manage through difficult or intimidating situations in order to stay present and choose an effective response
- What an authentic way of being is through your ability to model authenticity for them (for some, this may be the first time in their lives they have experienced this)
